Social media management in Philadelphia
Instagram and TikTok content made and posted for you: Reels, carousels, motion graphics, ad posts and campaigns. I'm Paul Vu, a Philly creative director who has grown brand accounts from the inside at Kicks USA and Luxury Bazaar. You approve the posts, I publish them, and your team keeps the conversations.

[ Accounts I’ve grown ]
[ The short version ]
Your social, handled.
Most small businesses know they should post more. They just don't have the time to plan it, shoot it, edit it and remember to hit publish. So the account goes quiet for weeks, then gets a burst of rushed posts that don't look like the brand.
I take that whole job off your plate. Every month I plan your Instagram and TikTok content, make it, send it for your approval and post it on schedule. Reels, carousels, motion graphics, ad posts and campaigns all come from one plan and one look, so your feed finally looks like one brand.
You keep the part only you can do: talking to your customers. Comments, replies and DMs stay with your team.

01 / The plan
Strategy & monthly content calendar
Content pillars, post types and a monthly calendar built around your goals, your season and what's already working on your account. The thinking behind it is in how to build a social media content system.
- Account audit
- Content pillars
- Monthly calendar
- Captions & hashtags
02 / Short-form
Reels & TikToks
Hook-first vertical video with captions, on-brand graphics and pacing built to keep people watching, cut once and sized for both platforms. My go-to openers are in 40 hooks for Reels and TikTok.
- Hook-first edits
- Captions & covers
- Repurposed footage
- Trend-aware formats
03 / The swipe
Carousels & posts
Carousels people save and send, with a cover that earns the swipe and a last slide that asks for one thing. At Luxury Bazaar, redesigned carousels took engagement from 300–500 to 2,000–3,000 per post. More in Instagram carousel design.
- Educational carousels
- Product & offer posts
- Before and after
- Story graphics
04 / The movement
Motion graphics
Animated posts, kinetic text and motion ads that stop the scroll, built in After Effects and designed for sound-off viewing. See my motion graphics work.

05 / The push
Ad posts & campaigns
Launches, grand openings, giveaways, events and "vote for us" pushes, each with its own planned run of posts and ad creative in every size. See my ad campaigns for Philly businesses.

- Ad creative sets
- Giveaways & promos
- Launch countdowns
06 / The schedule
Scheduling & posting
Every approved post is scheduled and published through Buffer at the times your audience is active. You connect your accounts to the scheduler yourself, so your passwords stay with you.
- Instagram & TikTok
- Best-time scheduling
- No shared passwords
- One posting calendar
[ How it works ]
One person, a real system.
I built my own production system for social content. Your brand rules, content pillars and templates go in, and a month of on-brand drafts comes out fast. AI handles the repetitive parts like drafts, resizing and variations.
Then the part that matters: I direct, edit and approve every post before you ever see it. The ideas, the hooks, the look and the final call stay human. That's how one experienced creative director can run your account at a pace that usually takes a team, without your feed looking like everyone else's.
It's the same approach I use in my AI design workflow: AI for speed, people for taste.

Good questions
What does your social media management include?
I plan, make and post your Instagram and TikTok content: Reels and TikToks, carousels, motion graphics, ad posts and campaigns. You get a monthly content plan, you approve the posts, and I schedule and publish them. Replying to comments and DMs stays with your team.
Which platforms do you manage?
Instagram and TikTok. Most Reels and TikToks are made once and sized for both, so one plan covers both accounts.
Do you reply to comments and DMs?
No. I handle the content and the posting. Replies, comments and DMs stay with you, because you know your customers, your prices and your schedule better than anyone. That also keeps every conversation in your voice.
Do I approve posts before they go live?
Yes, always. You see the month's posts before anything is published, leave comments in one place, and I make the changes. Nothing posts without your sign-off.
How do you post the content?
I schedule and publish through Buffer at the times your audience is most active. You connect your Instagram and TikTok accounts to the scheduler yourself, so you never have to send me your passwords.
Do you make Reels and TikToks?
Yes. Short-form video is the core of it: hook-first edits, captions, on-brand motion graphics and covers, sized for both Instagram and TikTok.
Do you use AI?
Yes, inside a production system I built. It speeds up drafts, resizing and variations, and I direct, edit and approve every post myself before you see it. That's how I keep your feed from looking like generic AI content.
How many posts do I get each month?
It depends on your goals and how often your audience wants to hear from you. Your proposal spells out the exact number of Reels, carousels and other posts each month, so you always know what's coming.
Can you use our photos and footage?
Yes. I start with what you already have and plan new shoots only for the gaps. If you need fresh content, I shoot product, lifestyle and event content in Philadelphia.
Do you run campaigns and promotions?
Yes. Grand openings, giveaways, launches, events and "vote for us" pushes get their own planned set of posts and ad creative. See how I approach grand opening posts and giveaway posts.
Do you work with businesses outside Philadelphia?
Yes. Social media management is fully remote, so I work with businesses anywhere. Shoots happen in Philly and the surrounding area.
How do I get started?
Send your Instagram and TikTok handles, your goals and what you post now through the contact form. You'll get a proposal with the content plan, what's included and the timeline.
