01About these terms

These terms apply to your use of vucifer.com, run by Paul Vu, doing business as Vucifer, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (“Vucifer,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

02Using the site

You’re welcome to browse, read, share links and get in touch. Please don’t:

• Use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms the site or other people.
• Send spam, malware or misleading information through the forms.
• Try to get into parts of the site or systems you aren’t meant to access.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site’s images or content, including to train AI models.

03The work & your rights

The designs, illustrations, lettering, photography, animation, fonts, writing and other content on this site are owned by Paul Vu / Vucifer or by the clients and partners they were made for. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and appear here to show work we created or contributed to. Their appearance doesn’t mean those brands endorse this site.

You may share links to this site and short excerpts with credit to Vucifer. You may not copy, sell, reproduce, edit or use the work or content for any other purpose, including in your own portfolio, without written permission.

04Client projects

Sending an inquiry doesn’t create a working relationship. Every commissioned project is covered by its own written proposal or agreement, which sets the scope, schedule, payment terms and the rights you receive in the final work. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.

05Shop & digital products

When the shop is open, each product page will describe what’s included and how the item can be used. Unless a product page says otherwise:

• Digital products, such as design assets, presets and fonts, come with a personal, non-transferable license. You may not resell, share or redistribute the files.
• Because digital files can’t be returned, sales of digital products are final. If a file is faulty or doesn’t download, contact us and we will fix it or send a replacement.
• Physical items, such as cards and limited objects, will list shipping and return details at checkout.
• Prices, availability and product details can change, and we may cancel an order if an item was listed in error. If we do, you get a full refund.

06Other websites

This site links to other websites, such as Instagram, Behance and LinkedIn. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

07Disclaimers

The site and its content, including blog posts and guides, are provided “as is” for general information. We work to keep things accurate, but we don’t guarantee that everything is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available. Nothing on the site is legal, financial or professional advice for your specific situation.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Vucifer and Paul Vu are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or its content. If we are found liable for anything related to the site or a shop purchase, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase, if any. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

10Changes & contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
